A few things that will save you time


Cauliflower Rice

This low carb rice replacement that can be made in record time with no fuss

    • Cut the head of the cauliflower into florets and rinse
    • Blend for 10 seconds, reverse speed 3
    • If not blended enough, our you would like finer blend again for 5 seconds, revers speed 3
    • Once the right consistency has been achieved tip cauliflower into the steamer add 300ml of water
    • Set to steam at 110°C for 12 minutes, at speed 3

Peel Garlic

Beautiful fresh garlic without the smelly fingers!

  • Separate the bulbs form the clove
  • Add to the bowl and mix for 5 seconds reverse speed -3
  • Check if skins are removed, if not mix again for 3 seconds, reverse speed -3
  • Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge
