Cauliflower Rice
This low carb rice replacement that can be made in record time with no fuss
- Cut the head of the cauliflower into florets and rinse
- Blend for 10 seconds, reverse speed 3
- If not blended enough, our you would like finer blend again for 5 seconds, revers speed 3
- Once the right consistency has been achieved tip cauliflower into the steamer add 300ml of water
- Set to steam at 110°C for 12 minutes, at speed 3
Peel Garlic
Beautiful fresh garlic without the smelly fingers!
- Separate the bulbs form the clove
- Add to the bowl and mix for 5 seconds reverse speed -3
- Check if skins are removed, if not mix again for 3 seconds, reverse speed -3
- Store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge
